POLYMIND

Geospatial monitoring SaaS

Know what changed on every parcel you manage.

PolyMind watches your parcels and regions with Sentinel-2, Landsat and the commercial imagery you already license. Changes become reviewable alerts tied to each land record, delivered as COG, GeoParquet and STAC.

Plans from $149/month. Public imagery included.

From new scene to signed-off record

Five steps PolyMind runs for every area you monitor.

  1. 01Imagery ingest
  2. 02Change detection
  3. 03Parcel & region records
  4. 04Spatial analysis
  5. 05Delivery & API

01

Imagery ingest

Search Sentinel-2 L2A and Landsat 8/9 scenes through STAC, filter by cloud cover, and clip them to your areas of interest. Bring your own Planet or Vantor licence and we read it from your bucket.

02

Change detection

Each new acquisition is compared with the previous clear scene for every AOI. Vegetation loss, new structures, ground disturbance and water extent changes become reviewable alerts, not raw rasters.

03

Parcel & region records

Every parcel or region carries its own history: alerts, reviewer notes, attached evidence and the imagery date behind each decision. One place for land and region information instead of folders of screenshots.

04

Spatial analysis

NDVI time series, zonal statistics and per-district summaries run on the same imagery stack. Compare this season against last without exporting a single GeoTIFF.

05

Delivery & API

Share a web map with a link, pull alerts over REST, or subscribe to webhooks. Exports land as Cloud Optimized GeoTIFF, GeoParquet, GeoJSON or Shapefile, with a STAC catalog alongside.

Your parcels, your imagery licences, your data

Land records can be sensitive. These are the commitments behind every workspace.

You own the outputs

Parcel layers, alerts and exports belong to you. Export everything in open formats at any time.

Encrypted throughout

TLS in transit and encryption at rest. Workspace data is stored in US cloud regions.

No shared model training

Your parcels and reviewer decisions are not used to train models offered to other customers.

Licences stay yours

Commercial imagery is read from your bucket under your licence. We never resell it.

Data is deleted within 30 days of closing an account. PolyMind does not provide licensed surveying or cadastral certification. See the Privacy Policy.

Questions

Which imagery does PolyMind use?

Public Copernicus Sentinel-2 (10 m, roughly 5-day revisit at the equator with both satellites) and Landsat 8/9 (30 m multispectral) are included on every plan. Team and Enterprise workspaces can also connect commercial imagery you already license, such as Planet or Vantor, stored in your own cloud bucket.

How often are my areas updated?

Starter checks for new clear scenes weekly. Team and Enterprise check every time a new scene is published over your AOI. Real frequency depends on satellite revisit and cloud cover, so alerts always show the acquisition date they are based on.

Can I use the results in ArcGIS Pro or QGIS?

Yes. Exports are standard formats (COG, GeoParquet, GeoJSON, Shapefile) with a declared coordinate reference system, and alerts can be pulled over the API into any GIS or data warehouse.

What is the smallest change you can detect?

It depends on the source. With 10 m Sentinel-2 pixels, small objects such as a single shed are below reliable detection. For sub-metre work, connect higher-resolution commercial imagery.

Is PolyMind a surveying service?

No. PolyMind provides monitoring and analysis software. We do not provide licensed land surveying, boundary determination or cadastral certification.

Send us a region. We'll show you what changed.

Share an AOI or a parcel layer and the imagery you have access to. We'll reply with a suggested plan and setup steps.
